Depends on which SYS objects are invalid but in most of the cases it is by executing the associated scripts in rbms/admin directory.

My advice: destroy this database, recreate a new one and import in schema mode not FULL one.

it works for me

SQL> alter PACKAGE DBMS_XS_DATA_SECURITY_EVENTS compile package;

Package altered.

>using export and import we have invalid objects in SYS user
SYS object are NOT exported & therefore can NOT be imported.
SYS objects exist as part of the basic DB at DB creation time.
The status of invalid SYS objects should have been checked & resolved PRIOR to any import.
Consider trashing this DB & starting again, again

>11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit win 2008 r2
exactly how did above come into existence?
