You have to subscribe (link to do that on www.thethirdmanifesto.com), and then you can inquire the archives using mail messages.
There has been a recent discussion on making the archives publicly available, but "political correctness" has lead to the conclusion that this is not desirable (I subscribe to that), and that a public discussion list is only an option for any future discussions. The issue was raised by a newcomer who was explicitly interested in going through the archives, and argued that other newcomers might have the same problem as he.
