Maybe you could give azzurri clay a try. It runs as a eclipse plug-in,
check out the homepage http://www.azzurri.jp/en/software/clay/index.jsp.
Core Edition is free (check the license info).
KCompany's Data Architect is imho another interesting tool : http://www.thekompany.com/products/dataarchitect/index.php3 (real unbeatable price).
