Besides, it's not just c.d.t. Like Santa Claus, the MI5 Persecution Guy is /everywhere/.

The best that can be hoped for is to track it down to the source and get the guy the help he needs--or, if it's some sort of stupid prank, have him arrested and sent away for spamming USENET.
