Please forgive my not using M$ LookOut! I can't seem to place that paper but promise to try and read it if anybody can refer to the subject or some other attribute.
(I'm usually distrustful of suggestions to read papers when the original correspondent didn't ask for one, but posters like Bob B are the exception as they have often save me a lot of time or so I fancy.)
