Did Joe Celko say this ? "Worse than MySQL: Just Ms Access"

I have found myself in many times, when talking about (R)DBMS "Worse than MySQL: Just Ms Access".

Often I'm challenged, "really? who says that?" "Well, me ... and Joe Celko".

Now, I'm trying to find where Mr Celko said this. I can't. No where. And GIMF.

I don't know if I made this phrase and then I forgot. And then later, trying to remember who said that, I could not find any other person to say such thing as Joe Celko.
