How would you address a person who writes: "It's [Neo's] own fault. It is simply unwilling to learn the basics on its own. It demands spoon feeding. And even then it spits up quite often." And why would you expect Keith to respond to a serious challenge when he doesn't respond to simple questions? And why would one need to resort to a serious challenge to ask simple questions?
