Find the recent (October 2006) thread in the comp.databases.theory news group with 'Does DSMS/Data stream fall under "DBMS design and implementation"' in the title.
If that doesn't help, then come back with a 'smart question' as described at http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html (basically, outlining what you've already researched and found out).
