Whoops, I missed Jan's post! Fortunately, Google has it, so I'll go read those two papers now. Sorry, Jan; I meant no offense all those times that I've been saying I can't find an attempt to address this in the lit. I just didn't see your response.

But, yes, it has been great fun.
