I don't see anything db specific there, yet it agrees with "every function is a relation".
BTW Your quoting style has improved, but this time you had me scrolling the whole of the glossary for possible other remarks.
Would you please take just a little more care in quoting? Quoting only the stuff you make a statement about would be nice.
