Normally (and RM is not an exception here) disciples and followers take the initial theory somewhat mechanically and turn it into a religion. They loose a creative nature of any invention or significant breakthrough. Frequently they tend to play a role of holy inquisition and try to judge and punish in the name of the originator. The even identify themselves with the new theory. This is precisely what the originator was not doing just because he suffered enough from such people when creating his own theory. Surprisingly, disciples and followers are frequently precisely those people who criticised and persecuted the originator because and they are able to adapt to any new theory. Actually they do not care what is the next new theory. Before it is established they prosecute it and after it wins they call themselves the followers and exploit it by prosecuting other theories.
