Schema Advice

I am planning to write a application, which will collect my sar
(http://www.computerhope.com/unix/usar.htm) data and place it in a
rdbms.



My question is, I would like to group my data like this:
server name->date->cpu data;server name->date->i/o data, etc..etc...



Any suggestions on how I can model this? Has anyone done this before?
