I did a basic search of the ACM website. I also just subscribed to
their 'Table of Content' notification service, so I'll automatically
get updates. Again, most of the papers seem to be xml or are purely
about implementation details. As I mentioned before, something like
lambda-the-ultimate.org will be very beneficial. Forums, paper
repository, 'news', etc. along with moderators who keep discussions
civil and on point should make a very healthy community.
