  1.   The attribute does belong with the entity, a use case has 0..1
goals.
  
  2.   It isn't a coded list so I don't think (2) is suitable in this
situation.
  
  3.   Not really, NULLs will just be treated as empty strings in the user
interface which I believe answers (4) and that I should use '' as the
default.
