Found intro chapter online. The exercise below have caught my attention:

Exercise 1-2.Who was E.F.Codd?

The book is clamed to be for database practitioners. Why exersises left hanging without the answers for a reader to choose the right one? Here is another question with the sample answers:

Exercise 1-3.What 's a domain?

1. Do main?
2. A territory over which database rule or control is exercised
3. A group of networked computers that share a common communications
address
