ACM CIKM 2005 Call for Papers

Fourteenth Conference on Information and Knowledge Management - Industrial Track

Oct 31st - Nov 5th 2005

Since 1992, CIKM has successfully brought together leading researchers and
developers from the database, information retrieval and knowledge management
communities. We continue this tradition of collaboration among multiple areas
with this announcement for the industry track of the CIKM 2005. We invite
authors to submit papers that describe solutions in all the information and
knowledge management areas addressed by this conference. The focus of submitted papers should be on the technical aspects of the work, like:

By May 31st, 2005 (firm), please submit one of the following to the industry
track chair, Wilfried Teiken (wtei..._at_us.ibm.com):

We encourage you to also include some draft presentation slides (in Powerpoint,
PDF or Postscript) that help outlining the presentation. If you intend to
give a live demo please include information about the requirements. One author per paper is required to register and attend the conference to present
the paper if accepted for publication. Accepted abstracts and papers will
be published in the conference proceedings. Expanded versions of a selection
of accepted papers will be considered for possible inclusion in a special
issue of a journal.
