Would you be willing to model/query the example in comp.database.object
thread titled "Modelling Property Listing (with XDb2)" and see if it is
or isn't any more useful in that one particular case? (If so, please
start by showing how to represent the equivalent in a
systematic/non-redundant manner using any other model)
