Ha ha! They keep telling us that at work. I say, "That last language rollout didn't go very smoothly; perhaps we ought to improve our process around it." "Oh, no," everyone says. "We're basically done adding new languages." Then next week it's "we're adding Estonian." Then Urdu. Then Khazak. Argh!
