A person is a thing. A string is a thing. 3 persons are represented. Each person is named by a string. Because the three strings represent the same thing, the string 'brown', having three of them in one db is redundant. Apparently, this is difficult to see in RM due to its definitions. In TM, it is easier to see that a thing (string 'brown') can name 0 to many other things as shown at www.xdb2.com/Example/ThingsNamedBrown.asp Received on Sat Jul 17 2004 - 17:30:53 CDT
