        Neither here. On the other hand...

        ...here MS is so expensive many people and even small companies are 100% pirated. MS's campaign agains pirating have been driving these people to GNU/Linux, since Apple is even more expensive. Some don't go directly to GNU/Linux, but first go OpenOffice.org. Some are also going Mozilla because of worms and the price of antivirii.

        Besides, government is under pressure from creditors to go superavitary, so it has an extensive program to go free software. Government is the biggest consumer and educator in IT, and even it this trend has only taken hold firmly in the current administration it seems like it will become a permanent government policy, not only this administration's, also because of ideological, industrial policy and accessibility reasons.
