The problem is that English speeling is a wreck, to begin with. We need a spelling update like the one Spain carried out two or three centuries ago. George Bernard Shaw proposed a new spelling, but I think it was tongue in cheek.

I stopped using the spell checker in my mail reader, when it decided that "C++" was a mispelling of "C". Received on Thu May 06 2004 - 19:51:30 CEST
