Ok,

Define an Order Header and the Order Items in that table, please.

I.E. The deader has

Number
Customer
Customer address
Customer Phone
Order date
Total Order Cost

The Items have

      Item number
      Product Number
      Product Price

There may be more than one 'item' for any order...
