third manifesto implementations?

Are there any (preferebly open source) implementations of the ideas
presented in the third manifesto? I found my way to tutorialD
(http://tutoriald.sourceforge.net/), but there seems to be very little
activity going on there. Are there any other similar projects, with
more activity?
