What is typical relational schema for chemistry database? For simplicity, let's assume organic molecules only, that is molecules containing H, O, and C atoms only. You can look into screenshots at http://www.mdli.com/products/experiment/available_chem_dir/index.jsp for example to get an idea what application might look like. And, no, I don't want to hear about Molecule UDT.
