Why not have a table

a table
Regional section
a table
Country tour
a table
State tour
a table
City concert
& further down if necessary?
I've followed this a wee bit, and am puzzled as to why different tables cannot do what you want, as opposed to having all the data in one table - maybe you could clarify?
