I am not sure what you mewan by this. Are these hierarhcies applied to the same set of nodes? I once had a case where a shoe manufacturing data warehouse had one reporting heirarchy for manufacturing (based on physical construction of the shoes, very fixed) and a second one based on marketing and sales (based on trends, very fuild).
I did this with two nested set models that referenced the same set of nodes and it worked quite well. Inheritance is easy to show in a nested set model, too. Received on Mon Mar 03 2003 - 18:55:54 CST
