You don't say which release of Erwin you using. If you are using 4.x go to the toolbar and you will see two or three boxes containing diagrams of connectors -- one to one and one to many. Select the appropriate connector diagram, click on the parent and then click on the child. (I may have this backwards, but it is easy enough to correct so it really doesn't matter.)
