Well, I like my SQL FOR SMARTIES and later this year, I will have
TREES & HIERARCHIES IN SQL in print <g>.  Look for books by Ken
Henderson, Ben-Gan and Moreau; they tend to be SQL Server specific,
but a lot of their stuff will generalize to other products.
