Normaisation help

Sorry if i have posted in the wrong place but this looked a good place. I am having a hard time getting to grips with normalisation. Any websites i find are heavily sql based and not that easy to work out as they dont offer many examples.

I have the following examplewhich needs to be broken down from unnormalised to 3rd nf.

Can anybody show me the steps and stages i understand repeating fields and calculations should be removed, as they can me worked out.

Its a invoice example:
Invoice No
Date
Customer No
Customer Name
Customer Address
Vehicle Registration No
Vehicle Make
Year Of Manufacture
Fault Description (one long text field)
Information for each part replaced:

   Part No
   Description
   Cost
   Qty
Overall Labour Cost
Total Amount payable Received on Fri Dec 06 2002 - 13:51:57 CST
