The NIST tests weren't standard SQL

Some time ago I had a look at the NIST tests for SQL DBMS compliance, and concluded that -- despite their obvious merits -- they required that the DBMS violate the ANSI/ISO SQL standards. I've decided to resurrect my notes about some apparent deviations, and see if anyone wishes to refute them. The page is http://www.ocelot.ca/nist.htm.
