Terry's also got a 7-part (so far) article series on using ORM with Visio posted at the Journal of Conceptual Modeling (http://www.inconcept.com/jcm/) which is one of the better ORM resources out there. I suspect the articles will be incorporated (in some form or another) into the book, so the JCM might be a good "sneak preview".
