Database Design

Hi,
I am working for a software company. We are designing Database structure for a web site which will contain general members and matrimonial members.
My question is how to maintain a database of the above two members.

Next.
If a general member is giving an advertisement in matrimonial content, twice or thrice how to generate a number to upload once the payment is received.
Kindly help me.
