URGENT NEED HELP ON THIS REGARDING DATABASES PLS

Hi,
I would like to know if there are any videos (VHS) on database design or on programming in general. Where and how can i get them . please be specific as to where you found out about it (ie exact website or phone number of the store). since I need to know the exact name, title, producer , subject matter, etc. I would appreciate your help on this.  thank you so much,
