I am studying computing and i am trying to understand the Entity
Relationship Model (ERD), I have all the symbols and my data sources
but i cannot seem to get my head around linking them. i.e. Parts   - >
  Machine (I take it fit would be the action??



can anyone put it into english how these ERD's work?
