One design for different DBMSs

Any sources of information and/or tools for designing relational databases for different platforms (Oracle, DB2, Sybase etc)? Logical design (tables etc) is always the same, but the implementation is done in different DBMSs.

Or is maintaining a separate design for every DBMS the only way?
