I'm confused by that question. URL is normally a web address although you can construct a URL for a newsgroup like news:comp.databases.theory this doesn't help you much.

Also, when you say "this" newsgroup server you seem to be unaware that there are many Usenet servers collecting and serving this group, not just one. If you have been able to post to the group, you probably have your software configured correctly.

So what exactly is your problem?
