I've been asked to evaluate a major database migration option. This is for a
central (mainrame based) database of an organisation.
To make sure I am thinking of all important issues, I was wondering if
anyone can suggest templates for such documents, or relevent references . (I
am not asking a specific database question here. I am more focused on the
criteria right now).
Naturally, such a decision is very much dependent on the exact details.
