Need desperate help!!

Hi

I an using Access 2000, I will be given a text file that I need to import into Access, the run a report from that data. The text file contains 399,000 records with approx. 206 fields that is delimitated with commas. How do I import this text file into access, and into different tables.

For example:
Field1 - Field36 into table1
Field37 - Field47 into table2
........

I would like to use code but not sure the approach to accomplish this.
