query statistics

Hello,
I'm developing a real-estate database to be accessed through the web. I want to have statistics of the execution of queries. For example, which city, or which range of prices are searched more times.
Is there a way of doing this with sql, which I think it could be more powerful, or do I have to use the web statistics?
