Dr. Dobb's Journal has a web site with 20 topics including Java, C++, Linux,
graphics, algorithms, databases, networking, computer security, data
compression, and
so on.
The XML topic was added a few days ago. It includes links of interest to XML
and database developers, including Stanford's Lore DBMS and GMD-IPSI's
Persistent DOM Engine.
