Highly unlikely.

Microsoft has updated a lot of the DLLs, and I would expect that Oracle's dependancy on the original DLLs may cause a conflict.

Why would you want to run Oracle 7.3 on Windows 2003? (Since you are in unsupported territory, why would you not leave everything the way it is known to work?)
