CHapter 5 of Oracle's document "Oracle Call Interface Programmer's Guide" is all about binding. Includes a section on binding with arrays and has examples.

You might want to switch to the officially chartered group 'comp.databases.oracle.server'. (As compared to this one that was created as a result of a typo - 'database' instead of 'databases'.) Non-chartered groups are not carried by many news providers so you are missing a lot of possible support people.
