UTL_FILE and Network path

Hi

I'm using Oracle 9i

My question is how can I use utl_file with network path utl_file_dir like '\\mycomputer\FolderA'
I know that in this way this is illegal, and I know that on mycomputer a must have NFS protocol, but maybe someone have idea how to solve this problem without NFS ??
