The charter is very clear about the content of the "marketplace" newsgroup. This is not a job listing or an ad for a commercial product or service

They have a right to their opinion. Consider this definition of newsgroup spam:

"single message sent to 20 or more Usenet newsgroups" http://spam.abuse.net/overview/whatisspam.shtml
