Hi ,All.



Need help...


Have a trouble with Developer Suite [Forms Builder] :
When I compile my form it shows:



 FRM-10142:The HTTP Listener is not running on webber at
 port 8888.Please start the listener or check your runtime
 preferences.



What it is mean ?


I started almost all ora-services on my computer,but it doesn't work...
