Oracle 8i running on Solaris 8, hostA

On another Sun Solaris 8, hostB, I mount hostA:/oracle

I have the same user name/group on both machines.

What do I need to do more in order to run sqlplus on hostB?

Anything need to be done in tnsname.ora, listerner.ora, init.ora?

TIA,
