Interesting problem with oracle on linux

Hi ,

I have oracle : Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.1.0 - Production
and linux RH9 with kernel version 2.4.20-8 .

Usualy everything is o.k. but sometimes ( one per week ) system pass to state decripted below :

1. I can't log into oracle . When I try to do it .. I'em waiting long time and nothing happen.
2. OS. Linux seems to be fine . But on TOP command Oracle processess is inactive.
3. In alert file i have found decriptions :

in PMON dump is :

I assume that it is lock on memory .. but I not sure .

suggestion will be welcome.
