AFAIK, you can not download the Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) separately.

Download any installable Oracle product and you get it. Look through the 'downloads' section at OTN and pick a small product such as JDeveloper. (At least it's smaller than the database <g>.) Received on Tue Jan 20 2004 - 10:43:53 CST
