You have our sympathies. Perhaps he should use the mauve database, it uses more ram. On a serious note, try to get him to concentrate on the problem and business needs NOT the solutions. If he doesn't understand the business needs or business problems that need to be solved then you can't have solutions of value. Try to get him off the BSO kick.
