equivant of syabase and oracle commands

hello all,

          I want to know the oracle equivalent of  cmd, blocked ,
          time_blocked columns  in master..sysprocess in sybase. The
          table euqivalent of master..sysprocess is v$process but i am
          not able to find the equivalent  of the columns cmd, blocked
          in oracle.

         Also I want to know oracle euqivalent of spt_values in sybase.

Pls. guide me
